For instance, SeqFeatR allows to identify viral immune escape mutations for hosts of given HLA types. The underlying statistical method is Fisher's exact test, with appropriate corrections for multiple testing, or Bayes. Patterns may be point mutations or n-tuple of mutations. SeqFeatR offers several ways to visualize the results of the statistical analyses, see Budeus (2016) . authors: - family-names: Budeus given-names: Bettina email: bettina.budeus@stud.uni-due.de preferred-citation: type: article title: SeqFeatR for the Discovery of Feature-Sequence Associations authors: - family-names: Budeus given-names: Bettina email: bettina.budeus@stud.uni-due.de - family-names: Timm given-names: J'org - family-names: Hoffmann given-names: Daniel journal: PLoS ONE year: '2016' volume: '11' issue: '1' url: http://dx.doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0146409 start: e0146409 doi: 10.1371/journal.pone.0146409 repository: https://cranhaven.r-universe.dev commit: a28466ebb1c32416bf3feb842e2975cd0c4cdb6b date-released: '2026-02-13' contact: - family-names: Budeus given-names: Bettina email: bettina.budeus@stud.uni-due.de
